POSTCARDS FROM KUNMING were inspired during a week of teaching desIgn and exhibiting art quilts at universities in Yunnan, China at the '99 Kunming International Festival of the Arts. Each "postcard" quilt 8.5"h x 10.5"w. First exhibited at Jin Heung Gallery, Seoul, Korea. I designed postcard graphics with a message to be hung with each "postcard" quilt. The texts were written in Korean, Chinese and English.
